Terms & Conditions
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information.
2. Products & Food Safety
Our mocktails are freshly prepared as well as our food and drink products. Customers must follow all storage instructions and consume products within the stated use-by period. Please check ingredient and allergen information before consumption.
3. Delivery & Shipping
Orders are dispatched only Monday to Friday. We do not normally dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays because our products are perishable food items and weekend dispatch may result in courier delays, affecting freshness and quality. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our food and drink products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases where the applicable legal exception for perishable goods applies. Returned food products cannot be resold due to food safety and hygiene requirements.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or other evidence to investigate the issue. Where the fault is attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
Refunds are considered for genuine product faults, damage, incorrect orders or other circumstances where a refund is required by law. Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for deterioration caused by failure to receive, refrigerate or properly store products after delivery, or for delays resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer and food safety legislation.
